          Cultivate an attitude of Qanaah Qanaah means those who are always grateful, do not complain and are willing to accept or always feel enough for the results they are trying to achieve, as well as an attitude that always tries to distance themselves from feeling dissatisfied.  People who have a Qanaah attitude will have the opinion that everything they get is the will of Allah SWT, and they become someone who is easily grateful.  Allah SWT says: Wa iz ta azzana Rabbukum la'in shakartum la aziidannakum wa la'in kafartum inn'azaabii lashadiid. Meaning: "And (remember) when your Lord declared, "Indeed if you are grateful, I will surely increase (favors) to you, but if you deny (My favor), then surely My punishment will be severe." (Surah Ibrahim:7) Explained that Allah SWT reminds His servants to always be grateful for all the blessings He has bestowed.
