Interviewer: What is your full name Mrs?

Lecturer: My full name is Imtihan Hanim, M.Pd

Interviewer: Where do you live?

Lecturer: I live in Cipondoh Tangerang

Interviewer: What is your educational background?

Lecturer: My background is in English Education for my S1 and also S2 

Interviewer: Since when did you teach?

Lecturer: I have been teaching since 2015.

Interviewer: Why are you interested in being an English lecturer?

Lecturer:  Because I want to improve myself, related about English, related about knowledge, about the way how to teach English as well and also, I just want to learn to dig my English education background to more professional.

Interviewer: What is your motivation to become a lecturer?

Lecturer: My motivation is because I just want to motivate my students to become good in their major and finally, in the end, they can be good or even better the best teacher.

Interviewer: Why did you choose to teach at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang?

Lecturer: Why I choose to teach at UMT is because I have a chance to apply for a vacation there and I think that is the first place and I think is very interested for me to join the University.

Interviewer: What obstacle did you experience while teaching as a lecturer?

Lecturer: What the obstacle did I experience while teaching as a lecturer, is there need problems like the material may be the new material that I even didn’t know about that, also the way how to find out the problem that I face during teaching the class, and also maybe the time minutemen’s that sometimes makes me in trouble to manage it.

Interviewer: How is the solution to the obstacles that you are experiencing?

Lecturer: The solution to my obstacle is I try to find out someone's experiences with the problem and I try to figure out the way to solve it.

Interviewer: In your opinion, is an English lecturer easy or not?

Lecturer: While I think being an English lecturer is so so, sometimes it is easy as sometimes is not easy because being a lecturer is a new challenge for me to do to face and I realized that being the lecturer is the biggest homework for me because I have to improve myself to be better and to improve the way how they manage the class and also the way how to design the material and also to design the material that the students are really comfortable with, so I think being an English lecture is so so, in depend on our willingness, our awareness to do that. 

Interviewer: How is the secret to your success being a lecturer, right now?

Lecturer: Well, I think, I can’t say that I’m already succeeding in being a lecturer since that I have so problems to face and still now, still figure out the way how to solve the problem become an English lecturer, so in this way, I still learn to improve and upgrade to be a success in advance, Insha Allah.

        Becoming a lecturer is not easy, Mrs. Imtihan Hanim, M.Pd one of them a young lecturer from the University Muhammadiyah of Tangerang. She lives in Cipondoh Tangerang, her educational background from English education her degree is S1 and S2. She has experienced it since 2015, and Mrs. Imtihan Hanim is very interested in being an English lecturer according to her, she wants to improve herself, related about knowledge, about the way how to teach English as well and also, she just wants to learn to dig her English education background to more professional. Mrs. Hanim has a good motivation that she just wants to motivate her students to become good in their major and finally, in the end, they can be good or even better the best teachers. she chooses to teach in Muhammadiyah Tangerang because she has a chance to apply for a vacation there and that is the first place so interested to hers join in the university. based on my interviews with Mrs. Imtihan Hanim, she found the obstacle during her teaching experience as a lecturer, there is problems need material like new material that even she didn't know about and also the way how to find out the problem that she faces during teaching the class and also maybe the time minutemen's that sometimes makes me in trouble to manage it. and the solution from here is to try to find out someone's experiences with the problem and she is trying to figure out the way to solve it. according to Mrs. Hanim being an English lecturer is so so, sometimes easy as sometimes not easy, because being a lecturer is a new challenge for her to do to face and she realized that being the lecturer is the biggest homework for her because she has to improve herself to be better, and to improve the way how to manage the class and also the way how to design the material and also to design the material that the students are comfortable with,  so her opinion is an English lecturer is so so, in depend on our willingness, our awareness to do that. the secret to success according to Mrs. Hanim, she can't say that she already succeeded in being a lecturer since she has so problems to face and is still now, still figure it out the way how to solve the problem to become an English lecturer, so in this way, she still learns to improve and upgrade to succeed in advance, Insha Allah.
